I've been involved in some of the coolest, and award winning, build to rent design schemes in the UK. All for Grainger PLC, one of the UK's largest professional landlords and designed by 74 Design. a Manchester based interior design and architecture practice.


I've added a selection of photos of them to this showcase . The design schemes in the collection include the following developments, which mostly have an industrial, vintage, or military theme to reference links to an area's history; The Condor Derby, The Headline Leeds, Enigma Square Milton Keynes, Gilders Yard Birmingham, and Pin Yard Leeds. All these interior schemes apart from Gilders Yard were created by the talented team of interior designers at 74 Design. The interior spaces include private dining rooms, amenity spaces, workspaces, games rooms, connecting corridors, and reception areas.
